Spyderco’s blunt-end Z-Cut utility knife elevates the time tested offset design, allowing to keep knuckles away from the cutting surface. The ergonomic design will make them one of your favorite “go-to” kitchen tools. The blades are a full flat grind made from corrosion resistant CTS BD1N stainless steel and have durable polypropylene handles. Available in a choice of black, green, or yellow handles which are injection molded directly onto the blades tang and feature a non-slip-pebbled texture.
