All blade surfaces are meticulously processed to provide a soft touch for prolonged comfort, including a rounded spine.

Premium Blade Material: Steelport knives boast one-piece traditional drop-forged construction from the blade tip to the end cap, complete with an integral bolster for impeccable balance and longevity. Thanks to their proprietary differential heat treatment, American 52100 Carbon Steel achieves an exceptional 65HRC hardness at the blade for long-lasting sharpness. Meanwhile, the spine maintains a softer 30HRC, ensuring lifelong durability. The bolster and spine are hand-polished for a supremely comfortable pinch grip hold.

Ergonomic Handle:  The handles are designed to accommodate all hand sizes and feature a unique 2" height at the blade heel for finger clearance. All Steelport handles utilize Oregon Big Leaf Maple Burl, a locally sourced and naturally unique burl wood. To meet the demands of the kitchen, the handle wood is stabilized with resin, guaranteeing it won't shrink or swell over time.
