I have been wanting to purchase my first chef's knife so I decided to stop by here for some guidance. I did a lot of research on YouTube but I wanted to touch and hold some knives before purchasing. The owner was very helpful and informative and when suggesting knives, they were all reasonably priced. He recommended nothing too expensive since it's my first one. It was towards the end of the day but he was very patient. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. I still ended up going home with a knife and it has made cooking more enjoyable.

Elan has set up an amazing shop here and runs it masterfully. I came in today in a bit of a rush looking for a gift for a friend. I told elan what i was looking for, gyuto, at least 200mm, around $150. He showed me at least 5 different knives in or around the budget and explained the different materials. Let me try them all out, it was a fantastic experience. He also gift wrapped it for me and did a beautiful job. Incredible selection and service, I will go no where else for my kitchen cutlery needs.
