Messermeister's 12" High Heat Spoon has an oval shaped head with a shallow scoop making it perfect for stirring and mixing your favorite soups, sauces, and stews. The high-heat resistant nylon is inherently ani-microbial and does not harbor bacteria like wood. Also it does not absorb odor, nor will it scratch your cookware. This spoon remains cool to the touch even when it reaches high temperatures up to 220°C / 430°F.  Available in red, orange, green, and blue.
