This Chinese-style Chef Knife shares the versatility of Chef Knives and Gyutos, excelling in chopping, slicing, dicing, and mincing tasks. The tall profile adds utility, making it ideal for scooping, while the heft allows for the spine to be used for meat tenderization. Not to be confused with a meat cleaver, the thinner blade is not designed for heavy strikes on bone.
