GW Ginsan Sanmai Kiritsuke-Gyuto
- In stock, ready to ship
- Inventory on the way
This Gin-San Sanmai series is the perfect example of the Japanese design philosophy Shibui, a balance of simplicity and complexity. The simple elegance and austere look, create a powerful appearance. The three-layer blade with a Gin-San (Silver-3) core is thin, strong, and precise; and the walnut octagonal handle provides a comfortable grip. This Kiritsuke-Gyuto (K-Tip Chefs Knife) is multipurpose and offers some of the most versatile cutting applications ranging from vegetable prep to meat and fish butchery. The clipped tip drops the point which allows for precision when imparting a drag cutting technique. Additionally, this Gyuto has a curved blade that allows for back and forth rocking, and quick and agile slicing.
