Their mission is dedicated to supporting farmers and educating buyers about the agricultural importance of eating heritage breed pigs featuring chef displays and entertainment. It is these exact sensibilities of education and support that Element Knife Company and owner Chef Elan Wenzel feel so strongly about.

Element Knife Company is excited to announce a 2019 sponsorship of Cochon555 along with Brady Lowe, founder of Cochon555. You can find Chef Elan at several of these events.
