The QUIRÉLOIS mandoline by Chiba Kogyosyo is a razor-sharp, highly efficient slicer designed to keep your prep fast, clean, and consistent. Built for both home and professional kitchens, it handles everything from fine julienne to thick slices with ease.
Equipped with an adjustable flat blade (up to 3mm depth) and two interchangeable comb blades (1mm and 2.5mm), this mandoline makes short work of vegetables like carrots, onions, and radishes. Additional 4mm and 7mm blades are available separately for broader applications like gyoza cabbage, galettes, and veggie ribbons.
A thoughtful design detail: the protective finger guard snaps securely into the back of the unit, so it never gets lost in your kit. The blade is removable for sharpening, and the slicer is easy to clean—just use warm water and a soft brush to keep it in top condition.
Quirelois (pronounced “kee-re-lwa”) is a playful nod to sharpness in Japanese—a cheeky way of saying, “Wow, that’s sharp!”
Available in three colors:
- Magenta: Bold, vibrant, and great at hiding stains from colorful produce.
