Located a few blocks from Downtown Denver, you can now find Chef Elan Wenzel offering high-end cutlery, knife sharpening services, classes, wares, accessories, custom cutting boards and top-shelf curated pantry goods. It’s important to us that we help support our community as well as our peers in the food industry. In addition to sourcing the best products globally, we are proud to feature Colorado companies at the shop, including Union Stich & Design, Boss Defrost, The Spice Guy, Proper Apron Company and MisoHot.
