Hasegawa's signature antimicrobial technology uses embedded ionized silver to help inhibit bacterial growth—body-safe and built for professional use. The embossed surface helps prevent rice from sticking, eliminating the need for plastic wrap. It dries quickly after washing and is both dishwasher and bleach safe.
