Humboldt Fillet Knife by The James Brand

Featuring a full-tang Böhler N690 stainless steel blade, it delivers excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance—ideal for everything from ocean use to kitchen prep.

Its trailing point blade, dialed-in flex, and razor-sharp edge handle tough skins, rib bones, and scales with ease. Machined G-10 handles offer a secure, slip-resistant grip in any condition, with or without gloves.
