Messermeister‘s new Kawashima Knives grab attention with innovative designs and modern materials. The blades are characterized by their curved geometry, wide surface area and razor- sharp 15° cutting edge. This series is crafted by Soichi Kawashima, a third generation famous Blade Smith, in Seki city Japan. Forged from SG-2 powdered steel, these knives hit 65 on the HRC Rockwell Scale. The distinctive handle design is made from walnut. It ensures comfort while working by releasing arm tension and allowing smoother movements. The result is a well-balanced, highly maneuverable tool that feels perfect in the hand without slipping or rubbing.
